Perfect Renault Zoe rental with Dolomites Electric in Brunico! The car was in impeccable condition, spotlessly clean, fully charged, and had more than enough range to tour the entire Pusteria Valley. The staff was incredibly kind and professional; they explained everything about driving and charging in just 5 minutes. Driving through the Dolomites with the Zoe was a pleasure: quiet, responsive, and with no parking worries. A fair price and no hidden costs. The best and most sustainable way to visit South Tyrol. Highly recommended!

If you are visiting Dolomites and looking for an electric car of any size/range with amazing English speaking support team, this is the best place to hire a rental car. Thomas helped us on short notice, that too on a Sunday, preparing the car for us just before we arrived and did the paperwork in 5-10 mins and explained the car while answering all our queries patiently. The prices are reasonable and they have a good range of new vehicles. The Renault Zoe we hired was clean as brand new, fully charged and ready to be driven off. We couldn’t have asked for more. We recommend Dolomites-Electric anytime for renting electric vehicles while visiting Dolomites, Thomas is available for support contact at any point of time in the day in contrast to explaining a problem to IVR customer support and this way you support local businesses instead of big corporates.

Our whole experience was better than we could have ever imagined. The car was perfectly clean, seemed brand new and very smooth to drive. Thomas was extremely helpful, attentive, kind and a phenomenal communicator. He made the entire experience seamless by meeting us with the car at the train station and letting us drop it back there so we didn’t have to struggle with our big suitcases. Thomas even gave us local recommendations and clearly explained everything. This was our first experience with an electric car and it was super easy. We had no issues with charging the car. We will definitely be using Dolomites Electric in the future, we couldn’t recommend them enough! Big thank you to Thomas and the team 🙂

As our trip got closer, we were a little nervous about finding the right rental car, but Dolomites Electric turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. The price was fair, the process was simple, and everything went smoothly.
The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication was always quick and easy.
The car was very clean, comfortable, and easy to drive. We spent several days exploring the Dolomites and everything worked perfectly.

Great experience renting from Thomas + the team at Dolomites Electric! He was so quick and prompt at answering a last minute request to rent a car for the following day ann and made it happen with ease. Will recommend them 10/10 for such an easy booking, easy arrangement of dropoff and pickup of the car and providing a safe, well maintained and clean vehicle for my wife and I’s sudden decision to rent a car while in town for some excursions! No notes. If in town again, I simply would not choose any other company but them to rent from! Superb experience!

The professionalism and kindness of Thomas from Dolomites Electric completely saved my vacation. Due to a rare spinal and pelvic disorder, I've been unable to ride my beloved mountain bike for about six years. I looked in San Candido, where I was staying with my family and friends, for someone who could rent an electric scooter so I could ride the San Candido-Lienz cycle path with my entire group, but my search was in vain. The alternative would have been to take the train and miss out on enjoying the day with my son, family, and friends. I couldn't accept this, so I continued my online search and found Thomas and his Dolomites Electric in Brunico. I thought, "Let's try it; maybe they have an electric scooter..."
And so it was!
Not only did I get to spend the whole day behind my 8-and-a-half-year-old son as he rode his rented mountain bike along the bike path, but, for the first time, riding my electric scooter behind him, I had the opportunity to talk to him about my rare and debilitating condition. It was a very emotional moment for me because it allowed me to talk to him about it not only for the first time, but also in a context that didn't make him worry about me and gave me the chance to explain, in a carefree moment, why his father is often in the hospital and why he can no longer do many of the things he used to do with him and would still like to do.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that Thomas saved my vacation, and I can never thank him enough.

Highly recommend Dolomites Electric.
Dolomites Electric came to our rescue when rental company HERTZ, despite our advanced reservation, provided us a car that broke down within 5 minutes of the drive.
If not for Thomas from Dolomites Electric who went the extra mile to deliver the car to us at our accommodation in Dolomite, our holiday plan in Dolomite would have been ruined. We managed to drive around dolomite in a comfortable electric car and thoroughly enjoyed our time in dolomite. Thomas very kindly gave us the option to return the car to our next destination in Venice. He personally went to Venice to pick the car up from us and once again went the extra mile (beyond his obligation) to assist us in getting the water taxi so that we can reach our accommodation in Venice.
