The professionalism and kindness of Thomas from Dolomites Electric completely saved my vacation. Due to a rare spinal and pelvic disorder, I've been unable to ride my beloved mountain bike for about six years. I looked in San Candido, where I was staying with my family and friends, for someone who could rent an electric scooter so I could ride the San Candido-Lienz cycle path with my entire group, but my search was in vain. The alternative would have been to take the train and miss out on enjoying the day with my son, family, and friends. I couldn't accept this, so I continued my online search and found Thomas and his Dolomites Electric in Brunico. I thought, "Let's try it; maybe they have an electric scooter..."
And so it was!
Not only did I get to spend the whole day behind my 8-and-a-half-year-old son as he rode his rented mountain bike along the bike path, but, for the first time, riding my electric scooter behind him, I had the opportunity to talk to him about my rare and debilitating condition. It was a very emotional moment for me because it allowed me to talk to him about it not only for the first time, but also in a context that didn't make him worry about me and gave me the chance to explain, in a carefree moment, why his father is often in the hospital and why he can no longer do many of the things he used to do with him and would still like to do.
I'm not exaggerating when I say that Thomas saved my vacation, and I can never thank him enough.

Excellent experience, I rented a Renault Zoe for a week and had a great time. It was my first experience with an electric car, and thanks to Thomas's explanation, everything went great. Highly recommended renting from them.

Dolomites Electric came to our rescue when rental company HERTZ, despite our advanced reservation, provided us a car that broke down within 5 minutes of the drive.
If not for Thomas from Dolomites Electric who went the extra mile to deliver the car to us at our accommodation in Dolomite, our holiday plan in Dolomite would have been ruined. We managed to drive around dolomite in a comfortable electric car and thoroughly enjoyed our time in dolomite. Thomas very kindly gave us the option to return the car to our next destination in Venice. He personally went to Venice to pick the car up from us and once again went the extra mile (beyond his obligation) to assist us in getting the water taxi so that we can reach our accommodation in Venice.
